There's a new Ralph's World CD coming from Disney Sound on May 20th! The title is "The Rhyming Circus" and it features some of the songs you're already hearing in concert such as "Polka Dot Shirt" and "Gotta Be Good"! There will also b a bunch of new videos being shown on Playhouse Disney. We'll let you know when they begin to air.

Beginning May 5th in Hollywood, each show will offer children a free breakfast of Kellogg's Rice Krispies With Real Strawberries, a new cereal. The 26th Annual Chicago Music Awards have tapped the kid-friendly compilation by Ralph Covert & The Bad Examples as a nominee for "Rock Album Of The Year"! Ralph's adult rock'n'roll band is up against some pretty tough competition There are plenty of other fine Chicago musicians up for honors in genres from polka to gospel to calypso to country. The awards ceremony will be held at Chicago's Park West on Sunday, January 28th at 6:30pm. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster. "A Nutcracker Christmas," the holiday musical written by Ralph Covert and G. Riley Mills, receives a second production by The Emerald City Theatre Co. in Chicago at The Apollo Theatre beginning with previews on November 18th and closing on New Year's Eve! Last year's World Premiere run was the biggest hit the acclaimed theatre company has had to date. Ralph's World on WGN-TV! Ralph and the band will be on the WGN Morning News on Tuesday, October 3rd to play some songs and say a few words about the release of their new CD+DVD from Disney Sound, "Welcome To Ralph's World." Since it's a news show it's hard to say exactly when they'll go on but probably not before 7:30 central time. It's just the start of a long day because after this appearance on Channel 9, Ralph will be appearing at five different Borders stores over the next two days. See SHOWS for all the detail but briefly Ralph be at the Michigan Avenue store on 11am that day, followed by appearances in Orland Park and Wheaton. The next day, Wednesday, he'll be in LaGrange at 11am and in St. Charles at 7pm.

Ralph's World will be on WGN-TV 9 Morning News on Tuesday, October 3rd to play some songs with the band and talk about the release of his new CD+DVD from Disney Sound, "Welcome To Ralph's World" being released that day. Ralph will then make solo appearances at five different Borders stores in the Chicago area that Tuesday and Wednesday. He'll bring his guitar, sing a few songs, and be happy to autograph the special Borders edition of the new collection.
